Users of PC's, and some of the more advanced thin client devices should install
this client software. The full UniPrint Client allows these rich client devices
to make use of all of their printer's functions when printing from a server based
session.
Network administrators can use UniPrint Server products to optimize their application
virtualization services. UniPrint Server products install on Citrix, Remote Desktop,
VMware View, and other virtualization platforms; allowing users to print to any
printer without requiring printer specific drivers to be installed in the cloud.
UniPrint makes regular updates to its products and always recommends running the
most up to date version of any product. Product upgrades are included at no
additional cost as part of your support agreement; which generally include bug
fixes, performance tweaks, and new functionality. Administrators and users should
check this section regularly to ensure the best UniPrint experience possible.
An assortment of tools and utilities are available for UniPrint products and are
generally implemented by administrators to streamline application print delivery
to users.
