Additional notes for Microsoft Windows Vista with User Account Control
If User Account Control (UAC) is enabled on Windows Vista, you may not be able to perform an 'all users' installation.
In most cases this should not be required, however if you must perform an 'all users' installation on Windows Vista follow these steps:
Run the installation from a command prompt with administrative privileges:
1.
Click
Start -> All Programs -> Accessories
2.
Right-click 'Command Prompt' and choose 'Run as administrator'
3.
Launch the installation using the command:
`msiexec /i UniPrintClient405.msi`

UniPrint Client software is installed on client workstations connecting to server-based sessions where UniPrint Server is installed. UniPrint Client monitors for incoming print jobs and then processes them in a variety of user configurable ways. Print jobs (PDF files) can be printed automatically, previewed, e-mailed or saved. UniPrint Client works with both ICA and RDP sessions.
NOTE:
This software is not designed for thin clients. The UniPrint Gateway Edition is recommended for thin-client environments.

UniPrint Web Client is a lighter version of the full UniPrint Client and is installed on managed client workstations running server-based sessions where UniPrint Server is installed. When a client prints using the UniPrint printer driver, a PDF document is created and sent to the client workstation. UniPrint Web Client monitors for incoming print jobs and then process them according to user-selectable options. Print jobs (PDF files) can be printed automatically or previewed using Adobe Reader.
