What is the iConnect Partner program?
Overview
At a high level, how will the iConnect Reseller Partner program be structured?
The program is structured as a two-tiered system with Tier One being the preferred reseller partners and Tier Two being standard reseller program members.
At what level are new iConnect program members admitted? Tier One or Two?
Approved new entrants into program will be admitted as Tier Two members.
Is there admission fees associated with the program?
At this time there is no charge to become an iConnect Partner.

What INGENICA products are made available to iConnect partners?
Partners admitted as iConnect preferred partners are provided access to the full line of INGENICA’s UniPrint Suite.
How are the products licensed to the partner for in-house use?
A NFR license is granted to iConnect preferred partners: This is a field demo license may be used solely for joint Customer/INGENICA sales and demonstration purposes and in-house use.
How do partners request licenses of software?
All license requests require the submission of a signed license agreement and product schedule to the iConnect Partner Program via your assigned Territory Manager. If you are not aware of who you’re Territory Manager is please contact

How does a Reseller Partner apply to the iConnect program?
iConnect Partner program applicants must submit an application for evaluation. The application can be placed online at www.uniprint.net in the partner section of the website.
What is the decision making process for admission into the program?
Once received INGENICA representatives from UniPrint Worldwide Alliances, UniPrint Worldwide Marketing, UniPrint Business Development and UniPrint Technical Marketing will review the application.

What is the Strategic Partners program?
Overview
The Strategic Partner program is a Worldwide Alliances partners program that is aimed at building relationships with hardware manufactures and third-party independent software companies that are interested in developing and marketing integrations to one or more of the INGENICA product offerings.
What type of partners will participate in the Strategic Partner program?
Partners will be admitted into the Strategic Partner program in three main categories:
OEM Partners
ISVs
Enterprise Consulting Partners or large scale systems integrators
