With the iSupport Program, you enjoy peace of mind knowing that you have easy access to UniPrint’s friendly and knowledgeable team of Support Analysts and to the latest UniPrint technology at all times, without having to worry about variable costs throughout the year. You have direct access to UniPrint Support Analysts via e-mail and telephone. You also have access to the latest version upgrades and enhancements to the purchased products FREE OF CHARGE.
iSupport Program Benefits
Frontline Support Services
iSupport members receive priority telephone support and unlimited e-mail support. To ensure that UniPrint software integrates seamlessly within a member’s environment, we provide full support to UniPrint-compliant software, and also best effort support for customized solutions designed or purchased by a member.
Support services are available from 06:00 to 19:00 Eastern Time (UTC -5). iSupport members need only submit a problem report form, and a UniPrint Support Analyst will contact them within 24 hours. The problem report form can be found at

Note: Product support services are only available to UniPrint end users who join the iSupport Program at the time of purchase, or UniPrint end users who renew their yearly subscription.
Feature Releases
These releases include update rollups, service packs, and updates to the feature set of a given UniPrint product. iSupport members receive these updates free of charge.
UniPrint News
This electronic notification service is designed to apprise iSupport members of the latest updates to UniPrint solutions, such as new software releases, feature releases, service packs and update rollups. iSupport members have the option to purchase any new software editions designed by UniPrint to enhance the printing functionality of their IT infrastructure. UniPrint News also links to new white papers, technical documentation, and promotional and reward programs.
How to Join the iSupport Program
iSupport membership can be purchased from, or renewed with, your UniPrint reseller. However, product support services are only available to UniPrint end users who join the iSupport Program at the time of purchase.
