Front Line Support Services: To ensure that UniPrint Infinity integrates seamlessly within your computing environment, we provide full support to UniPrint Infinity-compliant software, including troubleshooting of computer software problems, computer software maintenance and software upgrading; and also best-effort support for other customized solutions designed or purchased by your organization.
Open Availability: All members receive unlimited global telephone and e-mail support to our support team during work hours, as well as 24/7 support for premium members.
Product Feature Upgrades: All members receive update roll ups, service packs, and updates to the purchased UniPrint Infinity product free of charge. Members can purchase any new UniPrint software editions of their choice, without any pre-requisite limitation.
Product News Updates: Members are apprised of the latest updates, such as new software releases, feature releases, service packs and update rollups, via the UniPrint newsletter. The newsletter also links members to new white papers, technical documentation, and promotional and reward programs.

To ensure your UniPrint Infinity products continue to perform at optimum levels, and that there is no gap in support, you should renew your licenses annually. We also recommend to always update your UniPrint Infinity to the latest version to take advantage of our newest product features and functionalities.
Your technical support program is effective from the purchase date of the software license agreement and extends for one year. Technical support services are only available to customers with a current and valid UniPrint Infinity Support Contract.
